Hand-stitched blanket, combining two different cotton fabrics: on one side, the blue Marge flowers, hand-printed using a wood block engraved by hand - a blockprint technique, where each wood block is carved by hand before being affixed, pressure after pressure, meter after meter, to the cotton. The motif is traditional to the Rajasthan region. On the other hand, small Paul blue checks, hand-woven on a wooden loom in southern India.
